General Rules
The objective of BlackJack is to have a hand value as close to 21 as possible without exceeding it. Players compete against the dealer, not each other. The game is played with an infinite deck (continuous shuffling machine). Each player and the dealer are dealt two cards. The dealer’s first card is face down (hole card), and the second card is face up.
Dealer Rules
The dealer must hit on any total of 16 or less.
The dealer must hit on a soft 17 (Ace and 6).
The dealer can choose to stand on soft 18, 19, and 20 provided there are no winning hands on the table (i.e., they will stand if they currently beat everyone at the table).
